The Meeting Has Been Postponed

The great success of the action alert we sent you last week (about Mayor Kennedy's proposal to support Highway 1 widening in exchange for an unguaranteed promise to build the rail trail) has led to the "compromise" proposal being pulled from the City Council's agenda.

This is good news for now, but we'll keep you updated.

There's no need to horsetrade! 

You can still email the city council in advance and let them know we need alternatives to Highway 1 so that we don't have to destroy our community with sprawl.
